Laila Bonertz

Laila Bonertz joined Ayre & Oxford in September 2022 as a Condominium Assistant, driven by a strong desire to grow and excel in the condominium management industry. Through her dedication, hard work, and commitment to excellence, she has advanced to the role of Junior Condominium Manager, where she continues to deepen her expertise in condominium management.

With hands-on experience overseeing a portfolio of condominium properties, Laila has developed a comprehensive understanding of condominium operations, resident relations, and the complexities of condominium management. Her ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining strong communication and organizational skills, has made her an asset to both her clients and the Ayre & Oxford team.

Laila is passionate about delivering exceptional service and ensuring that each condominium under her management operates smoothly and efficiently. She is committed to continuous professional development, staying informed on industry best practices, and consistently striving to provide the highest level of service.
